Met Eireann is this morning predicting cold temperatures for the coming weekend, but milder weather is reportedly on the way.
According to the national forecaster, daytime temperatures will remain in single digits, dipping below zero at night, with widespread frost formation expected.
The only good news is that temperatures are expected to rise from Tuesday on, reaching 14-15C by midweek.
