Met Eireann is today warning of rather cold and unpleasant weather for the coming days, with daytime temperatures remaining mostly in single digits.

According to the national forecaster, tomorrow, Friday, is expected to start off cold and frosty, with some sunny spells developing later in day, and light rain forecast for Ulster and north Leinster, mostly in the late part of the afternoon and evening.

Saturday and Sunday are looking like unsettled days with showers and sunny spells, and temperatures reaching 10C at best during the day.
