Met Eireann is today warning of very wet conditions on Sunday, but better conditions are set to arrive on Monday and remain for most of the week.
According to the forecaster agency, Sunday is expected to see heavy rain across much of Ireland, with a Status Yellow warning in effect until midnight.
However, it looks like weather conditions are set to improve on Monday as high pressure builds over Ireland, leading to mostly dry and relatively warm weather for the following few days.
