The Metropolitan Police have launched an investigation following the death of a patient at the hands of another in a British hospital.
The incident happened at Rotherham District General Hospital on Sunday morning.
It is understood that a fight broke out between two men in a ward. A 48-year-old man was seriously injured and died a short time later.
A 47-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident.
