In what can only be described as a truly disgusting remark made by the Taoiseach Micheal Martin aimed towards Michael Healy-Rae in the Dail, he made a jibe at Healy-Rae organising buses for people from Kerry with severe eyesight problems to be brought to Belfast for treatment.
Healy-Rae was interviewed on Wednesday night’s Tonight Show on Virgin Media and seemed extremely angry over the incident. However, he did say that Martin had apologised in person to him after the outburst.
when challegned, the Kerry TD said if the Taoiseach wasn’t wrong then why did he apologise.
