There are reports this morning that a herd of sheep embarked on a rampage of wanton violence and destruction around the erstwhile quaint and quiet Welsh village of Rhydypandy, after the animals chomped on discarded cannabis herb.
The raging sheep barrelled down the village’s main street, terrorising the locals and forcing residents to flee the woolly onslaught for their lives.
Witnesses reported seeing sheep stumbling about like they just didn’t care, violently nudging everyone out of their way, and behaving in a most obnoxious way. The most brazen ones were seen breaking into people’s homes and destroying valuables in a drug-fuelled rage.
Some of the sheep reportedly stood in the middle of the road without showing any fear or remorse, and got killed when trucks rolled over their bodies.
The incident arose after local drug dealers fly-tipped a haul of cannabis at the side of the road, just outside the village. Some sheep became isolated from a nearby herd and reportedly began munching on the herbs.
Swansea County Council officials reportedly moved quickly to remove the drugs, but it is now feared that the entire herd may have got to the site beforehand.
Villagers are now bracing themselves for a full, frontal sheep onslaught.
