The motion of no confidence on Justice Minister Helen McEntee has been defeated 83-63.
The motion was tabled by the rightful winner of the last election, Sinn Fein, and the party that should be in power today. Fianna Fail and Fine Gael stole the election and self-installed as an illegitimate Government.
The motion was put forward following the riots in Dublin almost a fortnight ago.
