The body of 33-year-old father of three Stephen McCloskey was found by members of the public at Bridgend, Donegal, yesterday evening.
McCloskey had been missing since October 28, and it is understood thst he had received threats in the past. His body was found face down in a river, about 2km away from where his vehicle had previously been located. The Sligo Coast Guard helicopter and hundreds of volunteers had scoured the area around where the car was found.
The scene remains sealed off, pending a forensic examination.
