My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding star Paddy Doherty has spoken about the death of his beloved nephew Michael Connors who died on 28th July 2018 in a horrific accident involving a horse and cart collision.
According to the Daily Mail, Doherty described his nephew as “one in a trillion” but also said he feels sorry for Billy Budd, the man found guilty of careless driving which caused the death of Connors.
Speaking about his nephew, Paddy is said to have told the Daily Mail that he was a “horseman and a gentleman” and he was “an all-rounder”.
Reports of the accident suggest that Connors was driving a horse and cart along a dual carriageway in London when a BMW struck him. Budd is facing sentencing for the accident.
