Myanmar military kills at least 90 people during protests over the past 24h




The Myanmar military has killed at least 90 people during protests over the past 24h.

Other reports claim that the death toll was far higher.

Myanmar’s democratically elected Government was overthrown by a military coup on February 1st last. A junta has been in power since.

People continue to gather to protest and demonstrate against the takeover, with the military using deadly force on unarmed civilians.
