Need a haircut? Well don’t rely on Micheal Martin, Leo Varadkar, Eamon Ryan, Simon Harris or Stephen Donnelly to allow hairdressers and barbers to reopen in the South anytime soon.

Thanks to the inept government in Leinster House, the south is left behind yet again but things couldn’t be more different in Northern Ireland as their barbers and hairdressers are flat out with appointments since Friday morning.

Hairstylists say that they can’t keep up with demand to freshen people up, while people living in the South in border towns and villages are angered that just a few miles away, all barbers and hairdressers are open but their local shop remains shut for the foreseeable future.

Along with that, the North will see outdoor hospitality recommencing from May 15th.

The Liberal also understands that pubs will be back open in the north by the first week of June.
