The rail link between Cork city and Dublin will get a most welcome boost today with the launch of a new express service between the two cities.
The new service will depart Kent Station in Cork at 6.15am, arriving at Dublin at 8.30am.
Cork Chamber President Barrie O’Connell has welcomed the news.
“This route has the potential to yield significant long term benefits and will undoubtedly work to strengthen the business connectivity of the Cork region.”
