New figures released by the Department of Housing have shown that there has been a slight drop in homeless people across the country.
According to the latest figures, there were 8,238 homeless people in the month of February.
The latest figures show a drop of 75 from the previous month when figures stood at 8,313.
However despite the small decrease there are still 975 homeless families across the country.
The figures show that there are currently 5,974 homeless adults whilst there are currently 2,264 children without a permanent home across the country.
