The Icelandic airline operates all flights with a stopover in Reykjavik, but this is the first low-cost airline offering transatlantic flights to operate out of Ireland
WOW currently flies to Boston and Washington DC, and will offer regular flights to LA and San Francisco from June, plus Toronto and Montréal from May. WOW also flies from Dublin to Reykjavik for €95 one way.
“This is a game changer for WOW air, and arguably the travel industry, making travel to the US and Iceland both easy and affordable from Ireland,” said WOW’s founder Skuli Mogensen of the new routes. We are thrilled to add Los Angeles and San Francisco to our fast growing network.”
