Irish citizens can now renew their passports quicker and cheaper via a new service that has just gone live.
The online passport renewal service is €5 cheaper than the ‘traditional’ route through the Post Office, or in person. An adult passport costs €75, and a child passport comes in at €20.
The new passport would then be delivered within 10 days.
