Slimming The Waistline: New study finds drinking a glass or two of wine before bed can help you lose weight




Attention ladies and gent’s scientific research now proves a glass or two of wine before bed can stop you gaining more weight.

According to researchers at Washington State University and Harvard, they believe they found a chemical called resveratrol in both red and wine which stops a person’s fat cells gaining more fat in their body whilst they sleep, which in turn helps you lose weight.

The study suggests, that by drinking at least two glasses before bed can help reduce obesity by up to a staggering 70%. We best make our ways to the local off-licence before we turn in tonight!
