In the early years of the 21st century, Dublin was considered one of the safest cities in the world but in recent years it has become one of the most dangerous in Europe.
Violence, open drug dealing and abuse, thievery, anti-social behaviour and plain old murder are now regular occurrences on Dublin’s streets and have been for several years now.
In the space of the past week, a South American man targeted Irish people in a knife slashing attack in Stoneybatter on a dreary Sunday morning while a knife fight between a gang of Africans in the early hours of the following Saturday morning has left one man dead and another wounded.
Gangs of thieving Roma Gypsies lounge around the streets, drug addicts shamble up and down our Capital’s main thoroughfare while dealers ply their trade openly as thugs with dozens of previous convictions terrorise citizens.
Shockingly, Dublin City Councillors voted down a motion by Independent Councillors Malachy Steenson and Gavin Pepper to discuss Dublin’s “crime crisis” as a topical issue with pink haired Fine Gael Lord Mayor Emma Blain mocked two men as they left the chamber in rightful disgust.
Airhead councillors actually clapped as Councillors Steenson and Pepper left the monthly meeting, I wonder are these gombeens still applauding now as Council workers wash fresh blood off the South Anne Street.
Recently, Europol announced that there was the a threat of Islamist terror targeting the St. Patrick’s Day parade in Dublin, one can only imagine the utter morons will react if, God forbid, the unthinkable were to happen, because they have no interest in taking an preventative actions that’s for sure.
Just how bad does Dublin City have to get in terms of crime before its citizens realise that virtue signalling, woke idiots do not serve their best interests.
