Motorists who use electric cars will soon have to pay at public charging points. The ESB has announced that it will introduce 33kw/h or a pay as you go scheme.
The ESB say that the money raised will expand its electric car network and infrastructure. The major problem with electric cars is that they have very small range capacity and have practically no charging points compared to diesel and petrol car filling stations.
