
Gardai have advised parents to be extra vigilant following an attempted abduction of a young boy in Dublin on Saturday morning.
The alleged incident happened on the Whitestown Road in the Rush area of north Dublin on Saturday morning.
It’s understood that the 10-yr-old boy said that an stranger approached him and asked him to get into a car. The boy then ran into a nearby shop to look for help.
Parents have been advised to warn their children about any such possible occurrence and to share this information with other parents they know.
