The parents of Nora Quoirin have filed a lawsuit against the Malaysian resort where the family stayed shortly before the teenager’s Nora’s death.
It is understood that the basis for the lawsuit is that the resort’s facilities were not adequately secured. 15-year-old Nora Quoirin Nora was said to have opened a window at the holiday cottage where she was staying with her parents and walked off into the surrounding jungle unchecked. She was found dead 10 days later.
A post-mortem revealed no indication of foul play, but Nora’s parents insist that a ‘criminal element’ was involved in the teenager’s disappearance and death.
