Social media users have been expressing their outrage after Aer Lingus boarding passes were unable to be downloaded.
Customers were still able to check-in, but they got an error message that told them “all attempted boarding pass retrievals failed.”
This meant that all passengers were, and still this morning, have to get their boarding pass at the airport itself leading to long queues.
People are advised to get to the airport earlier than usual to obtain their boarding pass until the error is resolved.
