Party revellers who want to spread Christmas cheer tonight have been urged to be careful when they’re out and about tonight.
Gardai say that it’s a notorious night for fights, drink driving and even worse.
People are advised to stick with their friends and organise a way home before they go out. Gardai also say that people shouldn’t drink and drive under any circumstances.
