Pharma company AstraZeneca has initiated a Phase 3 trial for a possible coronavirus vaccine.
Up to 30,000 people will participate in the trial for compound AZD1222, which has been developed in partnership with Oxford University.
This is the third Phase 3 trial for an experimental Covid-19 drug currently underway in the United States.
