The pilot whose aircraft crashed during the Shoreham Air Show in 2015 has been cleared of all 11 manslaughter charges brought against him.
Andrew Hill was flying a Hawker Hunter jet at the event on August 22, 2015. He was attempting a loop maneuver when he lost control and crashed into the ground, killing eleven people. Hill himself was thrown clear of the aircraft and miraculously survived.
Prosecutors later argued that Hill was flying at too low altitude and without enough speed to accomplish the loop maneuver.
