Police in Paris have confirmed that they have arrested 120 people following fresh yellow vest protests this weekend.
According to reports in France, the arrests come after riots took place in the French capital.
The disturbance which saw a number of stores badly damaged and a bank set on fire come after relatively peaceful protests in recent weeks.
It is believed the arrests were made after police were forced to use water cannons and tear gas during the riots which came during protests that involved 10,000 people.
The latest protests come as the French public have grown increasingly unhappy with the French President Emmanuel Macron and the current French Government.
