British police have arrested a 22-year-old man after he managed to climb the outer gates at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday morning.
There are conflicting reports about whether or not the man actually entered the building.
The suspect was quickly apprehended. Officials say that he was not carrying any weapons, and they are not treating the incident as terrorism-related.
The man remains in custody.
