Up to 500,000 people from around the world are due to fly into Dublin over the coming week for St Patrick’s Day celebrations in the Emerald Isle.
Hundreds of thousands alone are due to descend onto the streets of Dublin for the main Irish parade going up O’Connell Street.
On Friday we ran a poll asking people what their thoughts were on whether you think that St Patrick’s Day parades should go ahead or not.
A total of just over 18,800 people took the poll with 75% of people saying that they don’t want the parades to go ahead for fears of the coronavirus outbreak.
