Authorities in Italy have confirmed that a total of 431 people have died from COVID-19 on Sunday.
The figure is the lowest number deaths in the past three weeks, however sadly it brings the overall death toll to 19,899.
Authorities say that the number of cases which require patients to be admitted to intensive care has also fallen.
Although authorities say the country is flattening the curve, there is a still a long way to go in tackling the virus.
