Just 13 months after super typhoon Haiyan left a wake of destruction in its path, the Philippines are going to be hit by another huge storm front.
Super Typhoon Hagupit, locally known as Ruby, is expected to make landfall this weekend.
This new weather system carries winds of up to 230km/h and 13 feet high storm surges.
Haiyan was the most powerful typhoon ever recorded over land. It slammed into central Philippines in November 2013, leaving behind more than 7,000 dead or missing.
