President Donald Trump arrived late yesterday evening at the palatial Blenham Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill who himself is a hero of President Trump.
He warned that if the Brexit plan that British Prime Minister Theresa May plans on implementing goes ahead, that America would then be dealing with the European Union instead of dealing with the UK, and effectively, it will probably kill a U.S. trade deal.
Mr Trump went on to tell The Sun newspaper that “would have done it much differently”, in terms of Brexit and that he had advised Theresa May on how to deal with Europe in getting the best deal for the UK.
“I told Theresa May how to do it but she didn’t agree, she didn’t listen to me… Deals that take too long are never good ones,” he said.
“If you look, she probably went the opposite way.”
