Bank of Ireland customers across the country are being warned today in relation to a scam email which is sent to customers supposedly from the Bank of Ireland branch.
The email seems like it came from the bank, however it then redirects you to a polish URL and displays a forged Bank of Ireland website layout, before asking users to sign in with their bank details.
The bank is asking users to ignore any such emails, delete them from their accounts and to ring their local branch if they are unsure.
