In what can only be described as truly sickening, Sligo grandmother Maureen Anderson spoke out about the terror she experienced when confronted with an evil thug who attacked her in her own home.
Maureen spoke to Virgin Media One telling them how she was confronted by the coward three months ago.
She said the attacked manhandled her and placed a black plastic bag over her head, presumably in an effort to smother her.
Maureen sadly described how she saw the man’s blue gloves (so that he would leave no fingerprints) and how she thought it was the end of her life.
She said that her son has moved back into the house so she can feel more comfortable at night.
Maureen appealed for help asking people to share this information in an effort to locate the evil thug who carried out this cowardly act.
