In another triumph for the LGBTQQIP2SAA agenda the US state of Iowa is releasing a man convicted of multiple sex crimes against children aged one to 13 after he has said he now identifies as a woman and is undergoing “hormone therapy”.
Joseph Matthew Smith, 23, was convicted of molesting a fellow student in 2014 and is also accused of sexually abusing as many as 15 other victims with his youngest victim being just one year old at the time of the attack.
After being jailed in 2015, Smith expressed his desire to transition to a transwoman and began the process of imitating the opposite sex via chemical interference with his natural hormone production in 2017.
The paedophile rapist was recommended by the state’s expert to be remanded to a mental health institution indefinitely but in light of his transition. Smith, who calls himself ‘Josie’ has been transferred this month to the Sioux City Residential Treatment Facility ahead of his release.
