Questions have been raised on social media about whether the Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is taking the right approach in relation to the conflict with Russia.
Some people are saying this fighting approach is appropriate and that they’d do the same thing, however many others are seeing things differently, especially since the fall of Kherson on Thursday.
People are saying that there’s no point young men being geed up to fight for their country when it’s practically a lost cause given the power that Russia possess.
Europe and NATO have said time and time again that they’re not going to have a hand to hand combat with Russia, effectively leaving Ukraine on their own to fend for themselves.
Given the stature of Russia compared to the Ukraine, many believe that people with absolutely no combat experience fighting a fully fledged Russian army is just sending them out to slaughter and that endless amounts of Ukrainian people will die for no reason.
