
The racing broadcast legend John McCririck has died today at the age of 79.

Having been a regular fixture in Channel 4’s racing programmes since the channel’s inception, McCririck became known as ‘Big Mac’ and had international notoriety for his sideburns and cigar.
His family announced that he sadly passed away on July 5th 2019. RIP
