A paedophile, child rapist who murdered a mother and her two daughters by setting their house on fire is up for parole this December and authorities have said they will not prosecute him for his sex crimes.
Azhar Ali Mehmood, was part of a Muslim Child Rape Gang, when he targeted Lucy Lowe for abuse, impregnating her at just 14. She would go on to give birth to his daughter.
After three years of sexual abuse, exploitation and rape Mehmood killed Lucy along with her mother, Eileen (49) and sister Sarah (17) by burning them to death in an arson attack on their home.
Lucy, who was then 16, was pregnant with Mehmood’s second child at the time.
Now Mehmood is due to have a parole hearing at the end of November and authorities have said they will not seek to prosecute him for his sex crimes nor will he be placed on the sex offenders register.
Mehmood and Lucy Lowe’s daughter Tasnim (20) expressed her dismay after police officers informed her that they will not be pursuing anymore charges against her father stating
“I think it’s very important that my dad should be prosecuted for all his crimes. Police knew about the sex crimes but didn’t do anything about it.
He’s only been charged with murder because they wanted to convict him of the most serious crime.
I asked the police, ‘Now that we know everything we know, is this going to be changing at all?’ And they said no.
We need to acknowledge the problem and they’re not doing that.
He should be on the sex offenders list for the safety of others. I’m living proof.
It’s difficult to come to terms with the fact abuse is why I exist. I was born out of the fact my dad raped my mum.”
