According to a recent report it has been revealed that almost of a quarter of sex offenders caught last year was aged under 25.
The report compiled by the One in Four organisation says that many of the young men began offending as adolescents by accessing child pornography online, before moving on to abusing children themselves.
One Four says, in the digital age, young people must be supported to develop healthy notions of sex that are based on consent.
