We’ve acquired this footage of a melee breaking out in a north Dublin estate today. 12 people were subsequently arrested by gardai who were accused by witnesses of ‘being very heavy-handed’ in their approach.
Residents were protesting the water meters being installed in their estate. They feel they’re an immoral and an illegal charge.
