Record overcrowding continues at Irish hospitals, with two facilities in Cork leading the shameful charge.

Cork University Hospital (CUH) and Mercy University Hospital (MUH) are experiencing historic levels of overcrowding today.

As of Tuesday morning, there were 92 patients without a bed at CUH and 40 at the Mercy.

Overall, 613 patients are on trolleys nationwide today.

Meanwhile, Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly maintains his trademark hands-off, not-my-problem approach to the crisis.
