In yet another laughable revelation, it has emerged that Russia’s Minister for Defence has no military background at all, and was only appointed because he is a Putin lapdog. It’s little wonder the dire state that the Russian army is in.
Named as Sergei Shoigu, the man’s experience hinges on an ancient civil engineering degree he earned in 1977. His signature achievement in the military sphere is to get commanders to sing the Russian anthem every morning.
Mr. Shoigu is routinely and utterly despised by all troops for his, shall we say, somewhat lacking military experience.
