The tragic trend of road deaths continues today, after a man died when his motorcycle crashed with a car in Co. Cork on Saturday evening.
The incident happened at around 6.30pm on the M25 motorway at Lisacrue, near Killeagh, Co. Cork.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The occupants of the car, a man and a woman in their 80s, were not injured.
Gardai are asking witnesses to come forward.
