The trend of road deaths continues today, after a woman in her 30s was tragically killed in a road crash in Navan.
The incident happened on the Slane to Drumconrath Road, near Navan, just after 9pm on Friday night. It is understood that the car driven by the young woman collided with a van.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the van was not injured.
