Road tragedies continue as tributes get paid to motorcyclist aged in his 40s who died after collision with lorry




A man in his 40s has died after his motorcycle collided with a truck in County Kerry, reports Breaking News.

Gardaí are seeking witnesses to the fatal crash, which occurred on the N69 near the village of Tarbert, at Tieraclea, on the Listowel side, at around 10am on Friday morning.

The motorcyclist was declared dead at the scene, reports Breaking News.

The road is currently closed to allow Garda Forensic Collision Investigators to carry out a technical examination. Local traffic diversions have been put in place.

Gardaí are asking anyone who may have seen the incident to come forward, reports Breaking News.

Motorists who were in the area between 9:45 am and 10:15 am and may have captured footage on dash-cams or other devices are urged to share it with investigators.
