RTE News give just 12 SECONDS to homeless Irishman found dead in his tent yet endless reporting about housing 100,000 Ukrainian refugees

Ireland’s national broadcaster gave a whopping 12 seconds on reporting the tragic death of a homeless man who was found dead in his tent in central Dublin overnight.

In comparison however, they’ve been giving endless coverage to how Ireland is taking in 100,000 Ukrainians and how they’re being given priority for almost everything, including being housed.

RTE must have felt that the homeless man’s life was only worth mentioning for a paltry 12 seconds. Maybe it’s because he was Irish and not a Ukrainian refugee.

Gardai have confirmed that they body of a homeless man was discovered in a tent on Loftus Lane between Parnell St and Bolton St shortly after 3am.

It’s understood that emergency personnel tried to help the man but tragically he was pronounced dead.

An investigation has been launched to determine the man’s death.

This shockingly sad news comes as many people on social media have been saying that Ireland needs to look after its own first and house the homeless Irish people before giving housing to any refugees.
