Budget airline Ryanair has been named as the worst short-haul airline when it comes to issuing refunds.
According to consumer advocacy group Which?, the airline received a measly 47% satisfaction rating.
The latest poll says that more than 1 in 5 customers whose flights were cancelled or could not be boarded due to Covid-19 restrictions waited over a month in receiving a refund.
