Well there is no need to fear as the man in red who will still be leaving presents this Christmas announced that he and Mrs Clause will be taking zoom calls right before Christmas.
In an alternative move to cut down on standing in long queues children and parents can speak to Santy privately ZoomSanta.ie from this November.
According to ZoomSanta.ie, children and parents will be able to have a 10 minute private chat with Santy himself and Mrs. Clause as they prepare for the big day.
Parents can also opt to share the experience with relatives around the world if they wish to do so.
However the online Santy visit experience will set you back €34.99.
ZoomSanta.ie say they are already taking bookings with video calls to begin on November 17th.
