Get the suncream out and plaster it on – you’re going to need it! Today and tomorrow, Ireland will bask in super sunshine and very hot temps.
Sizzling temperatures are set to continue until Wednesday at least, but Met Eireann has warned that cooler weather is on the way.
The thermometer will reach highs of 26-27C over the next few days, with bright and sunny conditions throughout most of the day.
Wednesday is expected to bring back more typical temperatures of 16-17C, with some outbreaks of rain at times.
