Any last hopes of a second Coldplay gig at Croke Park next summer have now been completely dashed, after promoters MCD confirmed that the band ‘doesn’t have the time.’
About 80,000 tickets for next year’s gig were snapped up in less than 60 minutes after they were on sale.
A large number of tickets then began appearing for sale elsewhere online, for prices up to €1,000.
