A second day of strike action at British Airways (BA) is causing travel chaos across the UK and elsewhere in Europe.
Pilots will stay away from their jobs until Wednesday, in a bitter row over pay.
The two-day industrial action is estimated to cost BA around £80m, while unions are saying that settling the dispute would have cost just over £1m.
Over 1,700 flights have so far been canceled.
