The UK-based pub chain Wetherspoons has just bought a second property in Dublin city centre.
A former Baptist church on Lower Abbey St. will be converted into a gastropub in the near future.
Wetherspoons currently operate five bars in Ireland; four in Dublin and one in Cork city. The company’s planned expansion will see 30 more premises open nationwide over the next five years.
